Gagal main pingpong

kemarin rencanaya mau main Badminton lagi, terus coba telpon temen2, eh Pak Agus bilang katanya tempatnya tutup, malah dia ngajak main pingpong di Resident dia di deket Gare the lyon, yaa udah dari janji jam 1 sampe sana baru jam 4 sore karena mendung jadi bikin males aja.

setelah sampai disana wah asik juga ad meja pinpong, terus kita minjem alat2 termasuk bet dan nett nya, cuman sayang nya bola nya ngga ada katanya pecah dan ngga ada stock, yaa udah yang jaga bilang coba cari di toko cina deket resident, wah susahnya karena liburan panjang gini yaa akhirnya banyak toko yang tutup, disini mah agak susah kalau di Indo, bisa cari di warung rokok ang suka ada di depan gang kalau disini yaa libur, alternatif lain nya oke kita mau barbeque yaa kita cabut jam 5 sore dari resident untuk cari daging halal di tempat Arab atau Onta, sambil nyari bola pingpong, tapi di tengah jalan aku usul gimana kalau kita ke decathlon aja, dan ada emang yang buka kalau hari minggu atau libur yaitu di Parc Aquatique ini kayak dufan deh gitu. akhirnya kesana naik metro 8 dan turun di stasiun balard, masuk deh ke decathlon sekalian beli raket badminton.
tadinya ngga mau masuk ke parc aquatique karena Pak Agus kebelet pipis akhirnya masuk kesana sambil liat-2. wah ternayat ini gede banget ada taman bermain airnya mirip waterboom tapi dua 5 kali lebih gede deh, terus ada juga tempat fitnessnya, Cinema, restorant dan time zone. wah kayaknya seru juga nich, masuknya juga ngga telalu mahal cuman 15 euro. kayaknya seru nich nanti berenang sama Mba Khansa,

habis itu kita rencana mau beli daging ke cina town aja, cuman belum sampai sana perut udah pada keroncongan, akhirnya yaa udah kita putusin makan di Pho 14, makan mie bakso dan Siwat. Siwat ini daging sapi yang di rebus dan ini gratis setiap minta di kasih satu piiring gede berisi daging plus tulang iga sapi, terus kalau mie bakso nya cukup murah cuman 6 euro 50 cent per mangkok besar, cukup kenyang deh, dan murah lagi. Terus Siwat ini kalau kita ngga minta pasti ngga di kasih, jadi kebiasaan kita minta siwat, dan boleh di bilang hampir seminggu sekali suka makan disini bareng anak-2 indo, yaa buat ngumpul2 lah. Selain mie bakso kita disini ada juga mie Yamin yaaa, next time kalau kesini bawa camera deh jadi bisa liat photo-2nya

akhirnya udah jam 10 malem ngga kerasa seharin jalan kesono kemari tahu tahu udah malem well untungnya senin libur, yaa sudah santai... deh

wah kalau besok cerah asik juga nich jalan di sepanjang seine river..........

Is really bored this long weekend in Paris, because since this morning is raining, then I have to cancelled the plan to go to sport shops to find something todo some sport during summer.

staying at home sleeping, reading some paper, browsing internet, and eating and sleeping again... what a boring day.

well until afternoon and night still raining, goshh may be I have to thank to God, that sent raining today, perhaps I have to stay at home and rest for a day..... .

Finally, I founded some interesting website, telling about book... no thi is a mistake once I found some books I can't wait... Spt biasa aku telpon ke rumah, kebetulan istri lagi libur, terus ngobrol deh spt biasa. Nah terus Mba Khansa minta mau ngomong, dan dia bertanya.

"Pah, aku ada yang di tanya nih", katanya, "Apa Mba, Jawab ku". "Papah itu orang mana sich..??", hmmm dalam hati aku sambil senyum-senyum sendiri, "Aku orang indonesia, sama spt kamu, Mama Rafi, Eyang, Om da, Tante", dia langsung teriak, "Horeee papaku orang indonesia bukan orang perancis, horeeereee" teriak-teriak sampai telingaku pekak. Setelah selesai teriak-teriak dia tanya lagi "Tapi koq orang Indonesia di Perancis terus-terusan pah, terus di Indonesianya kapan...?", " yaa nanti mba, kalau kerjaan papah sudah selesai papah akan di Indonesia deh", sejurus kemudian dia ngomong dengan nada kesal, "Tapi Kapan !!!!!, papah lama bener sich pulangnya, Mama aja kalau kerja tiap sore pulang, koq Papah kerja terus sih, pokoknya aku mau Papah pulang nanti sore !!!!!", aku cuman bisa diam dan sejurus kemudian sepertinya dia ngga bisa nahan emosi, "Pah, udah yaa ngobrol sama Mama lagi, aku....." di taruh deh teleponnya dan dia lari main sepeda kecil yang sudah ber-roda dua sekarang.

yaa ngoborl lagi sama mamahnya yang juga lagi sibuk dengan Mas Rafi, yang suka di ledekin mas ndut ndut ndutan, sama Mba Sha. Spt Biasa Rafi menujukan eksistensinya dengan memencet telepon sampe akhirnya ngobrolnya di selingin dengan nada telepon tuutttsss tuutttsss , dan kalau udah bosen pasti deh dia pukul-pukul teleponnya....

hmmm akhirnya ngga bisa ngobrol banyak deh sama istri, well....... jadi inget deh lagunya Michael BUBLE, I wanna go home..........

Papah itu orang perancis yaah

Tadi pagi mamanya khansa cerita lewat YIM, Khansa nanya kayak gini.

"Mah, Papah itu orang Perancis atau Indonesia sich", Mamanya bengong dan tanya "kenapa memangnya Mba sha...?" "gini Mah", "Mama kan orang Indonesia, terus di Indonesia kan ada jakarta, nah kalau Mamah pulang kerja, kan mamah pulangnya ke jakarta, berarti mamah orang Indonesia, tapi Papah tuh, kalau pulang kerja ke paris, dulu aja dateng kesini liburan terus dia balik lagi ke paris, jadi kayaknya papah itu orang Perancis yaa Mah"

Ahh Khansa, ada ada aja kamu nak, logika berfikirmu bagus sekali dan penuh dengan kepolosan, dan ke luguan. jadi bikin kangen aja ....

Mr. X, Meninggal dunia

Barusan nelpon nyokap dapat kabar kalau Mr. X, meninggal........ Inna lillahi waa inna ilaihi rodziun....... kabarnya sakit sesak nafas dua hari dan.... just like that, passed away

Mr. X, adalah tetangga yang kerjanya jadi tukang Ojeg, sebelum married dan tinggal di rumah nyokap, Mr. X ini yang selalu setia mengantar dan menjemput aku kalau mau kerja. Orangnya baik dan lucu dan kalau ngomong dengan logat Purwokerto nya, selalu bilang "Kepripun Mas", pokoknya lebih medok dari Parto. udah gitu dia itu mau aja di suruh nganter kemana-mana, dan ngga minta bayaran berapa aja, di kasih seberapa aja dia terima. dia termasuk paling banyak pelanggannya, kadang suka pada ngantri nungguin dia dirumahnya. Karena kadang dia dibayar bulanan sama beberapa langganannya dan kadang di bayar seberapa aja, jadi ngga kayak tukang ojeg yang lainnya yang selalu naikin harga, apalagi gitu BBM naik beberpa tahun lau, wah pada se-enak-enaknya, tapi Mr. X ini cuek bebek alias ngga pernah naik. Itu juga salah satu alasan dulu kenapa ngga mau beli Honda, walaupun bisa, kasihan nanti Mr. X yang baik hati ini kehilangan pelanggan, di rumah aja ada beberapa orang pelanggan setia termasuk beberapa adikku yang waktu itu kalau mau sekolah atau kuliah naik motor honda tahun 70 nya Mr. X ini.

yaa tapi dia banyak musuhnya, sesama tukang Ojeg, karena njatuhin pasaran, aku pernah nanya, Pak, kenapa ngga naikin harga juga kayak yang lain, apa ngga rugi. di cuma bilang, " mas orang sudah pada susah kena PHK, saya juga korban PHK, saya ngga tega mas naikin harga Ojeg, yaa rejeki mah ngga ketuker" dalam logat purwokertonya yang kentel.
Duaar sontak aku fikir wah orang ini rasa toleransinya tinggi banget, dia rela punya banyak musuh tukang ojeg lain demi menolong banyak orang. sampe pernah satu saat honda bututnya nya dia yang jalannya udah pelan masih di colong orang, biadab !!!!!

tapi emang Allah itu maha adil, ngga lama setelah dia ngga ngojeg lagi dia dapat rejeki bisa beli motor lagi dan ngojek lagi. orang ini sangat sopan, tiap kali ketemu orang selalu menyapa orang lain, walapun yang di sapa kadang cuek, karena mikir ah elo tukang ojeg sok ramah !!! tapi dia tetap baik sama setiap orang, jadi inget waktu udah married dan suka nginep di rumah nyokap, istriku waktu itu suka ngidam martabak Bangka special Keju, padahal kalau mau enak bisa naik kijang tapi aku seneng aja naik ojeg sama dia, cuman buat ngobrol-2, pernah beberapa kali aku beliin dia martabak keju dan aku bayar, ojegnya dia bilang " Mas, ndak usah dobel-2 saya di bayar martabak ini udah seneng banget, ngga setahun sekali makan martabak kayak gini" waduh.... jadi sedih dengernya... aku bilang gini, "Pak ini martabaknya buat anak-2 bapak, lha ini duitnya buat beli bensin".
"Mas ini ngga abis seperempat liter, masak kasihnya banyak gini, saya jadi hutang budi nanti ", aku bilang ngga pak, saya Ikhlas karena bapak baik ngga sama saya tapi sama orang lain juga, jadi jangan anggap ini hutang budi.

hmm sptnya jarang-2 deh orang yang kayak gini, baiknya tampa pamrih.... kadang kalau di lingkungan RT ada selamatan, atau musibah dia paling cepet deh bantuin..... wah tapi sayang di duluan di panggil Allah SWT,

Mr.X, saya ngga bisa memaafkan, karena bapak ngga pernah buat salah apapun, saya yang seharusnya minta maaf, semoga semua amal baik bapak di terima Allah SWT, di berikan kelapangan di alam kubur, dan didekatkan di sisinya. dan semoga saya bisa belajar dari kebaikab-kebaikan dan contoh yang di lakukan dengan sangat bersahaja..... ternyata untuk bisa jadi orang baik ndak harus berpendidikan tinggi dan anda telah membuktikan bisa menjadi orang baik seumur-hidup anda walaupun banyak di zalimi orang banyak, dan semoga keluarga yang di tinggalkan di beri ketabahan.

Badminton....

Rencananya hari minggu ini mau tidur dan baca beberapa buku yang baru di beli kemarin, habis telpon ke Jakarta make skype-out ( cuman sekarang rese banget, untuk ke fixed phone ngga bisa sama sekali) akhirnya terpaksa telpon ke HP deh, lumayan 3 euro buat 30 menit,well no problem lah keep contact is good even expensive, c'est la vie.

jam 9, Sigit telpon ngajakin main bulu tangkis alias badminton, emang udah rencana lama yang belum di jalanin, "Git, aku ndak duwe racket ki, piye", kata ku, sigit bilang " yo wis podho mas, aku yaa ngga duwe, tapi konco2 ono sing ngowo", aku tanya lagi, "jam piro git..??", " yoo sak iki Mas," wah aku misuh misuh, kowe iki ngajak ora niat, lha aku ndurung adhus, sarapan, nek jam 10 yaa aku iso, "oke , jarene jam 10.30 wae mas" wah bocah iki piye hehehe. yoo wis mangkat.

tempatnya ngga jauh di metro Charles Michels, line 10, cukup jalan kaki deh aku yebrang sungai Siene yang membelah Paris. pas tadi pagi nyebrang ngga tahunya ada perlombaan marathon wah sempet ngeliat sebentar lah, wong deket 5 menit juga sampe ke Stasiun metro.

aku dah sampe station metro, terus aku kirim sms "git, aku wis tekan iki", dia bales, mas aku telat 15 menit, " jangkrik bocah iki, piye mundur terus", yoo wis tak tunggu, tepat jam 11.05 dia dateng heheh sambil cengar-cengir...

terus dari situ jalanlah kit ke Marie 15th Arrondisment, tempat pada main badminton, ternyata udah ada beberapa teman yang main, ada pak Agus juga dosen IPB yang lagi sekolah disini. terus kita ngobrol dengan pengurusnya Pak Soetrisnardi, dia jelasin peraturan untuk member, kalau member setahun bayar 55Euro, terus tiap kali main cukup bayar 2.5 euro dan dapat dua shutle cock. tapi karena membership baru bisa di mulai september akhirnya kita bisa main juga dengan membayar 4 Euro, dan dapet dua Cock, heheh dasar ngga modal, yaa terpaksa minjem racket, untung banyak yang baik karena kebetulan pengurusnya banyak orang sendiri, walaupun ketuanya, Vincent, asli fracais yang menikah dengan orang indo.

terus terang aku udah lama banget ngga main badminton, inget dulu banget jaman SMP, setelah itu udah ngga main lagi, tapi dengan yakin lah karena dalam darah orang indo ada DNA badminton jadi masih OK lah untuk ngejar bola dan smesh masih ok, walaupun kaki berat melangkah,
beberapa kali main, terasa banget nafas habis, karena emang ngga pernah olahraga, wah kacau nich Bapak sudah keok baru main dua set aja.

yaa akhirnya having fun juga sich, dan gobyosh gemobyosh alias baasah kuyup untung bawa baju ganti, jadi semua beres, walaupun ada tempat mandi, tapi ngga usah mandi dulu lah nanti dirumah aja, karena habis ini pada mu makan, rasanya perut udah keroncongan, setelah main dari jam 11 sampe jam 1.00 siang, ganti gantian, oh ya tadi ada juga si Radja, dateng telat dia karena harus berangakat ke belanda untuk wawancara scholarship katanya, dan dia plg cepet karena haru ngejar bisa ke belanda jam 2 siang.

akhirnya pada caepk semua deh, terus sigit juga babak belur sampe jalannya pincang2 karena kemarin habis pada main bola tuch anak2, jadi kita bertiga, aku, pak Agus, dan sigit, kita mau jalan ke La-chappelle, mau makan di restoran Indie, acha-acha nehi nehi hahhhehehe
eh pas lagi metro Radja telpon, katanya bus nya di tunda jam 11 malem akhirya yaa kita bergabung ber empat makan disana, goshhh gila aku kepengen makan Nan, ini roti india yang dibuat dari gandum dan di bakar, inget waktu di KL, almost everyday lah makan, makanan india di Jl. Binjai dekat PNB Darby Park. Aku pesen Nan fromage, wah lezatnya, terus plats nya aku pesen semacam nasi dan karii india lah, emang ngga terlalu pedes, tapi c'est pas mal, dan murah.


habis makan, mapir deh ke Gopal, untuk beli agar2 Swalow, ayo donk yang suka baca blog ini, bawaain aku agar2 dong, lagi seneng soalnya nich.

oh ya aku sebagai parisien udah mulai ngerasa sebhel nich, dimana-mana banyak tourist, wah karena dua minggu vacant scholair di eropa, jadi banyak tourist dimana-mana, Metro mulai padat, cafe mulai penuh, dan semua mulai banyak orang di setiap tempat, biasanya mulai rawan nich kalau kayak gini, yaa jadi selalu berhati-hati dan tetap waspada pesan bang Napi,

sampe rumah, mandi air panas, berendem, wah habis itu seger banget... tapi mulai ngantuk nich mata.... ya udah mau istirahat dulu, semoga anak-2 ngga nelpon ngajakin nonton deh.... katanya pada mau nonton minggu ini, inside man . kadang susah memang jadi bapaknya anak-anak heheh... udah yaa bapak mau istirahat dulu nich, mbaca buku ...

Spring is coming

sebenarnya spring sudah mulai 21 maret, tapi beberapa minggu lalu cuacanya ngga bagus banget, masih milky atau hujan terus panas dan kadang masih dingin sekali.

hari ini paris cerah banget, aku keluar apartment jam 2,30 setelah sebelumnya belanja mingguan di ED, naik RER C dari stasiun deket rumah, terus turun di Saint-michel, karea ada orang dari Shanghai, salah satu costomer ASB disini yang butuh sarana komunikasi local, lho koq enak yaa di bayarin hehehe... orang itu udah telpon jam 11 untuk ketemu di Fontaine saint Michel, jam 3 sore. aku dayang lebih awal, ngga lama aku drop sms di bilang ada di situ, wah mana aku coba liat ngga ada orang cina sekelilingku, padahal hari itu banyak banget turis dan mereka ngomongnya inggris semua, kayaknya dari England. Dia bilang udah ada di situ di bawah patung, wah patung mah di paris banyaknya ampun deh ngga ke hitung. terus dia aku suruh kirim sms aja karena bahasa inggrisnya maaf susah di mengerti. terus dia bilang ada di "Charlemagne" aku terpaksa liat peta, waduh ini mah di saint paul, bukan di saint michel, aku suruh dia naik metro ke saint michel, dia bilang tadi dia udah naik metro di saint michel, terus dia kirim sms lagi, saya ada di gereja dan ada patungnya dan dia bawa tas gede di backpack, gue fikir emang elo doang yang jadi turis disini dana backpacker, wah ngaco nich orang, wah sempet bingung di saint-michel mana nich, aku udah curiga ini pasti di notre-dame, terus dia kirim sms lagi di gereja itu ada patung dan ada tulisan charlesmagne est sevres, gilaa... emang gue hapal apa yang tertulis di patung di gereja, pertama udah gerejanya banyak, patungnya lebih-lebih.

terus karena yakin tuh orang ada disitu, aku bilang stay right there, I will come. untung ngga jauh jalan kesana, wah susahnya lagi, hari gini turis udah mulai banyak sekalee, mata terus muter deh liat patung-2, teng ada dua orang cina di bawah bener gitu di call HP nya langsung bunyi bener kan. wuuiiih yaa udah serahin packet terus say god bye....

eh yang seru setelah makan di makanan vietnam, aku mampir di tang frer, wah semua makanan asia ada, dari kangkung, sawi, sampe buah2 kayak sirsak, buah naga, sampe kunyit seger aja nemu... hmmm cuman ini toko cina, mahal amat yaa harganya ngga kira-2, masak buah naga sekilo 7.5 euro, jambu batu sekilo 8 euro.... kalau batunya batu permata sich murah kali yee hahahah.

setelah beli beberapa stuff, akhirnya terus lanjut naik metro ke toko buku bahasa inggris WH SMITH, heheheh sorry aku ngga progress nich france nya, lagian toko buku ini nyedian semua buku dalam bahasa inggris, sampe novel dan majalah, emang sich harga nya lebih mahal dari amazon france, tapi kadang amaozon france suka tunggu lama apalagi kalau stocknya dari US, bisa 3 minggu lebih. disini agak mahal dikit tapi langsung pick up, dan kalau member dapat discount 5% lumayan bisa buat beli baqquette ahha.

habis beli beberapa buku traveling dan liat2 stock buku yang mau di beli buat bulan depan, aku langsung ke Champ Elyesse, naik Metro 1 wah padat, ini padahal belum summer, gimana kalau summer yaa.

tapi emang today is wonderfull, seharian terang dan ngga panas, karena cuaca cukup lumayan hangat 14-16 derajat, baru sore mulai gerimis di Champ elysse, yaa udah deh balik daripada keburu hujan soalnya ngga bawa payung, hmmm sambil menikmati malam minggu degan membaca buku baru..... yaah as ussual nothing special but better than nothing, book, a glass of hot milk, and musicnya peter pan......... what a lonely guy.

Kerinduan

"Kerinduan"

kata yang sangat menyentuh bila di ucapkan, ada semacam rasa dimana aku merasa sebagian dari diriku hilang walaupun rasa itu datang, kerinduan tak akan menghilang dan selalu ku rasa dan tak mampu ku menghindar.

Khansa, kemarin bilang kalau dia kangen sekali... "aku mau papa ada disini, aku ngga mau Papa yang di telpon atau Papa yang di komputer, aku masak cuman bisa cium monitor aja sich, aku mau cium papa, pokoknya hari ini harus ada papa disini ".

duuuuhhhhh, hancur deh hatiku, luluh lantak tulangku, aku hancur dan sirna bagai debu..

berat bener yaa pengorbanan yang telah Khansa, Rafi dan mamanya lakukan buat aku. Sabar yaa sayang, semoga semua cepat berlalu, mari kita berdoa semoga kita di beri kekuatan dan ketabahan, janganlah ini kita anggap sebagai beban, I promise to my self I will give the best I can do for you, I will..... and I have to.....

Jobs offer

Less than one month back from Barcelona, I have at least three job offers, currently I am not looking for the job, they just come to me and say, "hei, we need profile like you, would you like join to us". wow it's suprising me, Two in Jakarta, one is vendor and the other one is operator and one in software application are based in Spore. The one in Spore was make me shocked because the offer is become Program Manager Director for APAC, so far I know the job description but I didn't know about the benefit, once I can get the info then I will decide.

should I stay in Europe or back to Asia.... ufffsss not easy to decide.

Loose your language

I had a Interview with my boss last week, his review all competency of me since almost 10 month joined his team. The result is good, even is not reach to the limit. Score is 100 from 120. He said is good started,

He promoted me to doing another step of project management, after last year I had attend project management training. This time is PM level 2, and he also suggest to attend English writing course together with PM 2.... Wazegid, gubrak.....

Since I am learning French, even I can't write in French for the my English language are decrease piece by piece, others people are thinking like that including him, some one told me my English know really like French man are talked in English, hmm so how I am suppose to do ..?? Forget French language and keep speaking English even on the street, or find course English for French..
I was thingking of because English is not my mother tongue or maybe may English not good enough... may be next time I should work overseas in English speaking language so it will be increase absolutely!!!!

hmm menarik juga, ya akhirnya beberapa hari yang lalu aku pesen tiketnya di Theatre Online, Harga tiketnya 23 Euro, well OK lah standar price aja, terus setelah search di websitenya ternyata ada cara untuk menghemat, yaitu jadi member selama 6 bulan dengan membayar 15 Euro sebagai member dan bisa membeli semu tiket pertunjukan dengan discount sekitar 30-40%, akhirnya aku jadi member dan cuma bayar 16 euro, in total sich jadi lebih besar pada pembelian sekrang tapi may be next time will help to save some money ;)

aku ambil hari sabtu jam 25 February jam 20h30, kita agak terlambat karena sebelumnya pergi potong rambut di starsburgh Saint-Denis, di lanjutkan ke Monggalet utk liat toko2 komputer dan hardware, yaa ini kayak glodoknya Paris, cuman lebih kecil 50x deh.

Pas kita sampai tarian pertama sudah main kira-2 10 menit, tadinya aku berfikir wah pasti tempatnya masih ada, ternyata salah tempatnya udah penuh bahkan saya danRudi, harus rela duduk di tangga koridor theatre karena udah ngga ada tempat. Tempat ini tepatnya berada di Alliance France, dan penari serta pemain gamelannya asli di datangkan dari solo. yaa udah ngga apa-2 duduk di tangga asal bisa liat, seneng juga sich denger suara gamelan ning nang ning gung, spt yang aku bilang tempatnya penuh luber sampe ada yang berdiri dan setelah kami ternyata masih ada yang dateng, wah aku cukup apresiasi dengan orang Perancis terutama dengan kesenian. Tarian pertama selesai dan orang Perancis memberikan applus yang cukup lama wah aku merasa orang perancis ini koq appreciated banget sich, aku ngerasa malu sebagai bangsa yang tidak terlalu mencintai kesenian sendiri, sekarang baru terasa sekali setelah jauh dari negri sendiri membuka mata hati ini bahwa kesenian dan kebudayaan dan warisan bangsa luar biasa dan orang disini menghargai itu.... teryata saya salah besar selama ini coba kita tanya kepada diri sendiri, berapa sering kita yang di indonesia melihat kesenian tari, ngga perduli dari mana, Jawa, sunda,Batak, Minang, aceh, manado, Irian, Maluku, Bali dan provinsi lainnya. kita sibuk melihat kegerlapannya sinetron, sibuk dengan urusan kerja, sibuk dengan ngurusi partai, sibuk dengan korupsi, sibuk dengan bikin perusahaan dalam perusahaan. dan lain sebagainya. tapi kita ngga pernah appresiasi terhadap kesenian yang kita punya, hmmm mungkin saatnya aku harus sering liat-liat kesenian-2 baik dari indo atau dari tempat lain supaya tahu dunia lain dari sisi yang berbeda, dan rasanya ini harus menjadi kewajiban baik selama disini atau kalau udah balik ke negara sendiri.

Tarian demi tarian terus berlalu dan applause penonton yang mayoritas Francais, luar biasa walaupun mungkin ndak banyak dari mereka yang paham dengan tarian dan makna dari tarian itu atau suara nyanyian dari sinden dan dalang. Tapi mereka tetap appreciate. bangga juga saya sebagai anak bangsa... dan seharusnya mulai detik ini juga sudah kewajiban untuk mencintai kesenian bangsa sendiri dan bercerita apa yang kita punya.....

saya percaya walaupun bangsa ini coret moret berantakan dengan seni dan budaya kita bisa kembai di hargai sebagai suatu bangsa yang besar, saya benar-2 bisa melihat negeriku yang indah dari jarak 11.000 km, tidak ada kata terlambat untuk belajar mungkin diantara teman yang suka mampir ke blog ini bisa kasih referensi mengenai buku kesenian dan kebudayaan kita, saya sangat berterima kasih sekali.........

bangsa yang besar adalah bangsa yang mencintai budayanya.

Barcelona Day H+3

The world is reqlly flat in Telco, Sekarang aku masih ada di Barcelona, Spain. Ikut 3GSMW congress, kebetulan ada beberapa project aku yang ikut terpilih di event ini jadi aku ikutan untuk setup dan demo beberapa platfrom. Pekerjaan yang cukup melelahkan, karena starting dan process pemilihan candidate demo baru di mulai sebelum Natal tahun 2005.

kembali ke 3GSMW 2006, kenapa saya bilang flat. karena dari sekian banyak vendor besar yang bermain di telekomunikasi, spt Alcatel, Ericcson, Hwa Wei, Motorolla, Nokia, Nortel, Siemens, Samsung,ZTE etc. menampilakan product yang sama. dalam dalam dua minggu pengamatan saya dari mulai kita setup both equipment sampai hari terakhir besok. semua punya product yang hampir sama, spt HSDPA (high speed Downlink packet Access), HSUPA(high speed uplink packet access), Mobile TV, IP TV, DBV-H, Wimax 16e, UMA (Unlicence Mobile Access), Convergence Billing, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsytem), dan banyak lagi mulai dari content, games, sampai applikasi untuk USSD Callback, Video caller ID, Sim card application dan new mobile phones dari beberapa vendor besar dan kecil.

Banyak hal menarik untuk di amati dan di pelajari dari peserta pameran kali ini, karena sesama vendor saling lihat what they have and what others have, dari mulai nice Flash presentation sampai ke yang live demo. untuk HSDPA hampir semua vendor melakukan demo live dengan pake HP samsung yang terbaru sebagai modem / atau Novatel PCMCIA Card dan bisa Streaming content up to 3.6 di atasa paper, tapi kebanyakan baru samapai tahap 1.2 to 2Mb.

juga di IMS, semua punya solusi yang hampir sama, tapi hanya beberapa saja yang melakukan live demo selebihnya nice in paper.

yang juga menarik adalah UMA, dimana Alcatel melalukan live demo untuk UMA, Idea UMA sebagai unlicence mobile, kita bisa switch secara otomatis dari GPRS ke Wifi atau sebaliknya tanpa harus disconected dari apa yang kita lakukan saat itu. saat ini hanya beberapa vendor telepon saja yang merelease mobile mereka dengan WIFI UMA enabler.

yang juga seru adalah transform network to IP, dari pengamatan cuma Alcatel yang demo ini dan demo ini live demo, ini menarik sekali kenapa, karena selama ini koneksi dari BTS atau Node B ke BSC dan RNC selama ini menggukan E1 atau STM 1, ini sangat costly karena biasanya harga rental si ATM link ini cukup mahal dan pada akhirnya OPEX dari operator cukup tinggi, tapi dengan solusi backhauling ini akan menekan cost dan pada akhirnya mungkin saja operator bisa menurunkan harga tarif dengan menggunakan teknologi ini. konsepnya adalah merubah E1 connection ke IP terus di encapsulate / psedouwire lewat DSL / HSDSL terus di terminate kembali ke E1, dan dalam process ini Clocking sangat penting untuk akurasinya traffic. Solusi ini cukup menarik sambil menunggu perkembangann IP di GSM jadi nantinya BTS/ Antena base on IP by end 2007 kalau ikutin 3GPP spec.

terus yang paling hot adalah WiMAX 16e, semua jadi hot topic di ajang ini, dari banyak peserta aku cuma melihat ada dua vendor yang paling siap untuk 16e yaitu Samsung dengan WiBRO ( Wireless Broadband) yang jalan di freqeuncy 2.3 MHz dan Alcatel WiMAX 16e dengan frequency 2.5 Mhz dan keduanya punya kemapuan download up to 3Mb, kelebihannya dari WiMAX rev 16e adalah adanya mobility, jadi end user bisa move atau bergerak tanpa harus takut diconnect dari access, ini ndak ubahnya kalau kita akses wifi, cuman bedanya wifi ada limitation dari coverage, WiMAX pun juga punya limitation mulai dari 14 KM sampai 50 KM .

dari sekian banyak peserta pemain2 dari China very aggresive dalam menjual product mereka dan show how they are dengan punya stand yang cukup besar dan mewah serta product yang ngga kalah uptodate dengan harga murha, is amazing terus banyak juga applikasi2 yang menarik bahkan sampai content porno juga ada, cuma dari sekian banyak peserta ngga ada pemain dari Indonesia yang ikutan pameran dan yang jelas ada beberapa yang jualan buku teknik spt Wiley dan taylor francis, yang keduanya terkenal dengan journal2 yang OK udah gitu bukunya di discount 15-25% selama pamaeran, hmmm masak belanja buku lagi ....???

second summer in Barcelona day #1

besok rencanannya mau ada business trip ke Barcelona untuk 3GSMW congress, jadi pulang agak sore dari kantor, sampai di rumah terus siap siap packing karena ada beberapa equipment yang aku hand carry, terus aku juga mau packing pakaian segala karena emang belum sempet packing.

sekitar jam 10 ada temen pelajar yang mau nginep, Syaltout namannya. terus packingnya di stop dulu dan kita ngobrol2 sambil aku masak karena belum makan malam, setelah beres masak dan makan kita ngobrol lagi sambil setrika beberapa pakain dan terus packing dan ngga kerasa udah jam 2 pagi, wah kacau nich kalau aku tidur bisa ke bablasan nich dan syaltout juga lagi sibuk nelpon pacarnya gila yang lagi jatuh cinta udah berapa jam di pake telpon heheheh untung telepon disini gratis kalau cuma telpon ke PSTN, akhirnya aku ngga tahan juga udah jam 5 pagi sebelum tidur aku pasang semua alarm etc di setup jam 7.

pas jam 7 semuanya bunyi dan aku bangun juga sih dan mandi terus sarapan dan berangkat ke airport, kita cabut jam 8 kurang 5 menit, pagi itu paris gerimis dan aku harus cari taxi kebetulan ngga jauh dari apartment ada halter untuk taxi, yaah jalan lah 200 meter, untung ada syaltout jadi dia bisa bantuin bawa koper yang satu lagi. Sampai di halter ternyata udah ada bebera^pa orang yang tunggu dan ndak ada taxi, wah kacau udah jam 8 lewat nich dan masih ngga ada, akhirnya tungu-tungu dateng satu persatu taxi dan akhirnya aku dapat taxi jam 8.35 hmmm waktu aku cuman satu jam ke airport semoga ngga macet karena last boarding jam 9.30, di dalam kota Paris lumayan macet tapi waktu aku liat ke petunjuk jam arah ke Charless de Gaulle lumayan lancar, akhirnya sampai di airport kurang 10 menit dari last boarding, dengan tergesa-gesa aku lapor ke officer kalau pesawat aku mau last boarding in 10 minutes, akhirnya aku skip beberapa orang yang antri. check in dan etc akhirnya pas banget. syukur lah ngga terlambat. di dalam pesawat aku bareng sama chief aku dan kita ngobrol tentang apa yang akan di kerjakan pada hari pertama, perjalanan dari Paris Charles de Gaulle Barcelona Airport sekitar 1 jam, kota ini sebenarnya ada di sebelah selatan perancis kalau di liat di MAP ini satu direction dengan Montpellier.


Cuaca cukup bagus sekitar 15 derajat ada matahari di paris udah beberapa minggu ngga lia matahari, jadai rasananya kayak summer aja, wah senangnya liat matahari
dari Airport ke hotel cuman sekitar 10 menit, setelah check in di hotel dan taruh bagasi kita ke tempat exebition cukup jalan kaki karena deket sekali, udah gitu hotelnya di tengah kota banget. sebelum kesana aku makan siang dulu sama beberapa temen yang udah dateng duluan, kita makan TAPAS, dan beberapa makan special spain, so far OK cukup pedas buat lidah aku. setelah itui baru deh kita ketempat exebition.

oh ya hotel nya keren habis very minimalis banget, nanti liat deh beberapa gambarnya cool banget, cuma belum sempet upload. setelah kerja seharian aku ngga sempet kemana-mana malamnya sampai hotel take a shower habis itu langsung tidur, ngga sempet makan malam karena dari kemarin belum tidur.

how to be a good actor of each episode in your life...

Life is beautiful, and you have to be an actors of every drama in your life. it's true you can't be a nice guys all the times , sometimes you have to do a dirty job, stupid job, because no one don't want to take this as an actor, is life is a challenge, even sometimes you have to do bullshit, sometimes is not the same as your feeling but you have to do it.

episode by episode you have to follow, and time to time the frame are moved very faster, from happyness to sadness, from boring to very much action, from cleaver become stupid. I still don't know how to manage, how to be in good time, good episode, good story......

everyone know the answer.... is not possible, in life you accept all the story... question and question how to be a good actor of each episode in your life....

Learning about planning in your life

Since last week weather in France getting more frozen, and last week I got flu event I have been vaccinne flu some month ago but I still got it, perhaps because I am to much work and very stress because I have to be ready for some projects for 3GSMW in Barcelona. yeah is not fault of weather, Never mind this is life, this week also probably weather will not good, but I hope it will be better compare to rusian or scandinavian thanks God, Still managable.

This is first time for me I will be there for biggest event in Mobile communication world, for What I am doing I couldn't tell right know. Beginning this week everything starting better one by one milestone I can reach with no problem, I am realy strict in my planning, I hope I will not miss my target date and hope everything will be OK until End of the event. I just remember concerning about planning, I was read some article in Wikipedia concerning about this, I am also read book from Dwight D.Eisenhower, he said " Plans are nothing; planning is everything." it's true that to make everything getting done correctly you should make planning roadmap correctly, I was spent a lot of time for this planning and convince people about this unrealistic planning but Alhamdullillah Step by step I saw the result.

I am not working alone, in teamwork is very important to achieve something, sometimes you have debate/ argueing, fighting with your team member to insist that your planning/your concern is right, but sometimes you have to be very welcome with input of your collagues that what you are doing is not right, Critic people in very good manner way will help your self and people to understand that in team we have to reach the same aim. May because a lot of fighting I have very tired and get sick last week, any way this week much better even very cold.

now I am learning that Planning is everything in your life but you should starting your planning and reach to the finish, if Dwight D.Eisenhower, he said " Plans are nothing; planning is everything. I would like to add something "It will never finish when never start".

life is very beautiful even not always good part you have in your live but c'est la vie, that's a life, Thanks to God is still gave me a chance to do better in my life. Sometimes I am really sad that have tobe far away from my lovely wife, my beautifull daugther and my nice son, even far away but you always inside my heart could not be change forever in my life, amien.

Qurban.....sacrifice... is part of life

This morning to celebrate Ied Mubarak, I went to Indonesia Embassy in Paris, it's not to far from my apartment by foot around 30 minutes and it's very cold this morning.

I arrived at 8.50 am, and prayer will begin in next 10 minutes, thank God is in time. after Two rakaat praying we listening the Khutbah from Mr. Ambassador nice and good explaination and very deep, this morning not so much people are coming not like Idul fitri last time, may be some of them are working and no more RTT like me, but I came !!!1, today moreless round 70-80 Man and around 70 women and child.

after that we have served lontong sayur, sambel goreng hati and Gule kambing with Krupuk Udang and some small cake and offcourse coffee. we have breakfast together and have a little chat with some people, I meet some person from Total, I had meet before and I was invited with Mas Noor to their home in La defanse. During the breakfast I heard that some one cakap Melayu, well is people from Malaysian Embassy, then I spoke Malay.... he was surprise that he guess I am malaysian too, I said no, I was in Kuala Lumpur quite long, last year then I can speak Malay very fluenlty, not to difficult in fact. Finally they not only one there is several person from Malaysia....... and we say hello each others.

well macam tu laa, bila you kena cakap, lagi senang !!!!!! hahahah I have not talk this language for sometimes.... it remaind me Kuala Lumpur with a lot of work, stress, headache but It's really fun, I am enjoyed, is kind of different life its good, very dynamic.

it's really nice when you out of your country you will know not so much people from your country but some of them are very important person , I had meet this kind of person during staying in Paris, this morning I have also discuss in very warmed discussion with Ambassador Indonesia for UNESCO, also Mr Ambasador of Indonesia for France, and some important person from TOTAL, TELKOM, KBRI, student Doctorate candidate... this kind of people you will never known it before, when you are staying in your country...... it's others benefit not only talking about money when you working abroad, this kind of relations, networking and recognazition, respected, socialization etc,
I am not saying that they are "some body" or everything for your life, is not bigger than God for sure, no... but is interesting to know this kind of person who came from different background from where are you come from.

personally I always saying Thank to Allah SWT was gave this opportunities and also my previous Chief, Monsieur ATTALAH, who gave me great promotion. and at last but not the least some people from my company in Indonesia who support this...... J'espère que tout court bien

Not Feeling Well

A man goes to the doctor and tells him that he hasn't been feeling well. The doctor examines him, leaves the room and comes back with three different bottles of pills.

The doctor says, "Take the green pill with a big glass of water when you get up. Take the blue pill with a big glass of water after lunch. Then just before going to bed, take the red pill with another big glass of water."

Startled to be put on so much medicine the man stammers, "My goodness, doc, exactly what's my problem?"

Coffee est trés important

Coffee is very important for French's people, men or women most of them
are drink coffee, including me but before in French's, I am just rarely
drink coffee but in French's coffee is part of life, is a culture.
Sometimes in front of cafe machine or in coffee shop we can solved some
problem, or maybe could create new idea.

As I told you coffee is important, I have experience this afternoon, This
is not the first time that's way I wrote this story. I have skip lunch
because I have something to do, in fact I have already big breakfast this
morning. I usually go to the same place in east wing off the building to
take a coffee, this afternoon the coffee was not in services, then I have
to go to another side off the office, and Voila beacoup de person, they
are in the queue in front of coffee machine including my self.

Voila finally I had my coffee and because the place completely full with
people I brought the coffee to my desk. 15 minutes letter my colleagues
was called me to have discussion about some project. I said, OK I will
come to your office, he said no, is not necessary why we not go to coffee
corner, ( hahahahha seee i told you )

then I go to the same place as before, is naturally.... and voila the
coffee machine now is in function, is less than 15 minutes now is OK, I
told to my colleagues about the coffee machine was not working in 15

Loosely, WiMax is a standardized wireless version of Ethernet intended primarily as an alternative to wire technologies (such as cable modems, DSL, and T1/E1 links) to provide broadband access to customer premises. This application is often called wireless last/first-mile broadband because the transmission distances involved are typically of this order and the engineering problem is to bridge the final gap between the customer premises and the telco’s or service provider’s main network. The technology is specified by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. (IEEE), as the IEEE 802.16 standard.
More strictly, WiMax is the Worldwide Microwave Interoperability Forum, a non-profit industry body dedicated to promoting the adoption of this technology and ensuring that different vendors’ products will interoperate. WiMax will do this through developing conformance and interoperability test plans, selecting certification laboratories, and hosting interoperability events for 802.16 equipment vendors. Internet Hidup lagi

dua hari kemarin internet mati, bukan line ADSL atau belum bayar ( disini systemnya di debet langsung dari bank account) tapi karena ada problem dengan modemnya, ternyata modemnya kudu di patch karena system DSLAM nya bagus jadi detect kalau modem ngga di pacth otomatis ngga bisa konek, efeknya kagak ada internet pasti. Telephone juga mati, dan TV kabel juga tewas.

setelah sebel telpon customer service 15 menit, per menit bayar 0,34 euro kagak juga solved, akhirnya terpaksa browse di webnya ISP sehari nyari patchnya akhirnya ini malem hidup lagi deh internet. kenapa bisa seharian yaa tau sendiri deh bahasanya kudu dibaca satu-satu dan pake transtalation online biar faham apa maksudnya.


terus belum sempet update blog, hasil jalan-jalan kemarin, lagi banyak kerjaan dan ini harus kasih report ke konsultan pajak, karena udah di tunggu sampai akhir minggu ini...... pajak oh pajak.....

Semoga cepet sembuh

Beberapa hari yang lalu dapat kabar kalau Ibu mertua sakit, tekanan darahnya naik samapi 240
jadi terpaksa harus di rawat di RS, udah beberapa hari ini masih cukup tinggi, terakhir aku telpon katanya masih 190, semoga cepet sembuh ya, Eyang, biar bisa main sama Khansa dan Rafi lagi.

Masih inget kan, kalau beberapa waktu lalu aku bikin bubur kacang ijo, nah terus experiment lagi bikin kecambah.... hehehe berhasil berhasil....hore, bonas diaz....

akhirnya tuch kecambah aku bikin bakwan aja Thank to my sweety wife yang udah bawain bumbu dan tepung bakwan make it life simple , sebenarnya disini bukan ngga ada kecambah atau tauge, ada cuman mesti pergi ke china town di Place d'italy...atau ke supermarket besar waktu kesananya itu yang ngga ada.

selain aku buat bikin bakwan aku bikin juga oseng-oseng kecambah dengan brokoli.... seharusnya kecambah di makan bareng sama soto... Ay*m kayak pas lebaran, Mbah Uti suka bikin, anyway hari ini makan heboh deh. bakwan goreng plus Udang, oseng oseng kecambah , telor dadar sama panggang sepotong daging kambing wusss masukin ke microwave 10 menit mateng....,

wah bisa gendhut lagi nich, tapi ngga apa-apa gendhut lagi selama musim dingin ini, ntar musim panas mari kita makan baguet...lagi biar slim ;)

Yah gitulah, disini emang kudu pandai-pandai survive, masak sendiri, makan sendiri, nyuci sendiri dan yang jelas tidur sendiri hehehhe mana dingin lagi........ ah udah ah koq ngelantur...

Feel like at home....

This morning Weather are not friendly, it was 2 degree in the morning, I am frozen...and a bit lazy to go to office...... out of apartment is raining.... what a good monday... cold, raining.........

arrived in the Pont de sevres station, I miss the bus... well have to wait for another 10 minutes, just a second I found my colleague from other part of my department, is Mostafa... his just join the team month a go... and we have discussion while waiting the bus, finally the bus was arrived and we could get the same seat and we discuss, I asked him where we could find a close mosque... he said he know and very close, he found after his loose some how.... he told me.

he said we could go to pray dhuzur together after lunch, I said OK..

lunch time we went together to canteen and after that we went out to mosque, the weather still not good et all, very cold..... from office we should walk a bit to bus stop and took bus 390, it around 5 - 7 Km from my office. Thank to Allah SWT that is the close of your home... because normaly I should go to 20Km or sometime went to KBRI in Paris...

We Shalat berjamaah, there more than 30 person in the mosque, most of them from arabian or magreb... only me are asean face, but they are welcome... we are the same in the name of God the different is amal ibadah....

I do Jamak...for ashar.... finaly the cold weather driven me to see a friend.. with the same believe....and religion..., after pray... I am feeling very happy inside my heart.... there is something different... I am feel like at home.... really deligthful..... so... outside still the frozeen but there is warm inside my heart...... Insya Allah this friday is more easy for me....

I miss my country specially when friday come......... but Insya Allah is not the case next friday because is only 7KM is nothing....compare if I could go to Paris. thank to Allah was gave me this anugrah and Mostafa may Allah bless you.

Feeling Guilty

I have called my Daugther through Skype-out, as daily activity at home. She talked me about her plan to Dancing with all the classmate in Dunia Fantasi next Wednesday. I asked her about the dance and custome, she was very excited tell about the Dance and specialy the custome it self in the middle of conversation she asked me to come and see the inaguration.........

This part is not easy to answer honestly, I try to find a nice word and not tell a lie to her, I said I would like to come and see your dance, it's my pleasure....... unfortunely... I couldn't come because I am 11.000 km away from you..... she said, "the party it will be in Wednesday, when you take a flight the day before you will be arrive in the morning and you will see my dance",........she insist...... "like last time when I am sleep in the night, you are huge me.... and I am weakup you are there, I would like to have that dream again", "If last time you can do, now you also can do.........", she is convince me.

I said, "I came last time because it was plan for my vacation, I couldn't come this time because I am not on vacat..................", I am not finished yet she was crying and I heard that she's feeling so sad, I can feel it...............Oh God, what should I say.... I just quit, she'is still crying, I explain to her, to asked Mom to recording by Handycamm the dance party and send it to me the video, so I will see her dance too I said.... but she's still crying, finally my wife try to explain to her about this situation........ Sorry my Baby, I am dispointed you, I was thinking to quit from this job and come back with my family even the consequency I will loose my job......

She is almost Five year in february next year.... and as father I am not give my kids attention.... sometimes I feelt guilty of my self, What I am doing here...... God Please forgive me, I am just care about my self and my career and not take care the family day by day....

I hope this will be temporary situations, hope we can stay together as family very soon......and you could come and stay here or I could come back..., may Allah give us the best way for all of us....., amien

Nostalgia Kacang ijo

hari ini males kemana-mana, selain diluar dingin emang capek berat dai kemarin otak di peres terus bawaanya jadi kebadan ikutan capek.

Karena laper siang aku masak sambal balado telor... simple banget bikinnya, dan ngga sampe 10 menit udah siap.

terus habis makan juga ngga bisa tidur, malah nonton TV seharian, tahu tahu udah sore, jadi full sehari ngga kemana-mana, mau baca buku juga males otak masih kenceng....

Iseng, iseng ngeliat kacang hijau di kitchen udha lama beli belum sempet masak, kalau ngga salah dari bulan puasa kemarin deh beli ini, cuman baru sekarang mau masak, terus udah beli juga kelapa powder dan gula merah plus kayu manis, jadi lengkap deh

emang kudu sabar juga sich masaknya tapi well done, mantap sekali dingin dingin makan kacang hijau sayang ngga ada ketan hitamnya, jadi inget 12 tahun lalu waktu zaman kost di depok, kalau tengah malam otak lagi beku makan bubur kacang ijo terus hantam dengan indomie sambil angkat kaki deh satu di kursi....... hmmm nostalgia kacang hijau....

sisa kacang hijau, terus iseng iseng cari artikel di internet gimana caranya bikin tauge.... walaupun bisa cari di china town, heheheh ngga ada salahnya bikin sendiri gampang, hmmm kebayang kalau udah jadi bisa bikin bakwan goreng nich...

Bleeding

Yesterday I was quite busy with my collagues, we are testing some product for big event next year, my collagues have to go a while to meet his boss, and I am help him to continue to check the product. During the process of the encoding software I am touch a small blackhead in my neck because it was annoying me, the blackhead is very smal and I just press with my finger and clean with tissue, but I am feel strange at the time because i feel something in my neck. I touch with my hand, oh God is my blood..... Bleeding, I was alone in the platform because friday everybody was go back ome very early.

I runing fast to toilet because my hand was fully with the blood, I took a tissue paper from toilete try to press the blood but not stop, i was litte bit panic, I have seen in the mirror that blood is flow like a water.......

I took again the toillete paper with a big roll and press to my neck, I try to not panic and with the paper in my neck I am run to my office to take my jacket to go to clinic, likely my Chief still there, I asked him to call clinic he said still open and and just like few second I catch my jacket and run away to clinic in very cool weather and running and my chief running also with me. my blood still flow, I can feel it...........

in the clinic the last nurse was ready and asked me to go to another room and see asked me to laying in the bed while she preparing tools.

she press the small hole in my neck, and few minutes after that the blood was stop, see clean up with alcohol and put bandage in my neck. she told me remove blackhead should becareful specially when in the artery. Thank God, now is OK, I have seen my shirt half is full blood.

thank also to my chief help me to go to clinic since I am not speak French well to explain the problem to the nurse.

a bit lazy

In-fact I am back to Paris since last two weeks, and very busy with so many stuff, sorry didn't have time for the moment to update this blog. Even back from the office very late and tired to write the story.................... or may be I am lazy..............

It is a lot of thing need to be write it down , Je suis desole, j'aim beacoup de travail maintenant.

On vacation !!!!

sejak beberapa hari ini Paris dingin sekali, siang tadi sempet sampai -1 derajat celcius, buat aku ini sangat luar biasa, dan pengalaman baru. Hari minggu ini di prediksi akan sampai foggy mungkin akan ada salju di paris, will see is gonna be fun, fortunetly I am not here for a while.

well aku preparing something buat vacation today, I will fly again for 14 hours and distance from Paris around 11.000KM, I will flight tonigth at 23.15 PM Paris time, I am very happy to take this vacation after work some month without long vacation, see kids, wife and family and friends.

I hope will gonna be fun and joyed with friends...... I miss sate kambing bu yanti di perdatam..... sate kambing dan sop betawi di tebet,Nasi goreng pinggir jalan, tahu dan tempe goreng, ikan bakar, sate kikil, nasi uduk, gudeg, ketupat & lontong sayur, Nasi Padang pinggir got, teh botol............

12 Ways To Handle Emotions Like A Man At Work

We've all witnessed men who have lost control of their emotions at work, slamming doors, yelling at coworkers or customers, and saying things they'll soon regret. We've seen men who've thrown tantrums at meetings because they've been overruled, their idea has been shot down or someone else has taken credit for their work.

As kids, we were taught to "act like a man" and suppress our feelings, and yet many of our coworkers are committing career suicide by losing control of their emotions at work.

How can we maintain our professionalism and handle emotions like a man? Here are some tips.

1- Take a walk to cool down
During a meeting, when someone insults your management style or criticizes the department you lead, don't react in anger. Remove yourself from the situation as soon as you feel yourself getting hot under the collar. Fake a page or another call to extricate yourself from a non-productive telephone call so you can step outside to calm yourself. Giving yourself time to cool down will help you regain control of your emotions.

2- Ask for clarification before reacting
Stall for time by asking questions. Is your boss asking what time you arrived because he's challenging your integrity or is he trying to start a conversation about the traffic jam on the off-ramp? If need be, repeat what the other person just said. This ensures you understand the comment and gives your colleague or client the opportunity to clarify any miscommunication.

3- Apply the 10-second rule
Ensure you're not overreacting. If you feel your temper flaring on the phone or in a meeting, count to 10 to keep you from losing your cool. Analyze the facts before going on a rant or becoming defensive.

4- Talk to someone who can calm you down
Always have someone to confide in, inside and outside of the office, about your frustrations. Go for a beer together on a regular basis to vent. You cannot keep all your feelings inside, or your health will suffer. Acknowledge and express your emotions appropriately with a close friend, and be prepared to listen whenever he's ready to explode, and both of your careers will benefit.

5- Work out to work off your anger
Don't blow your professional image by letting others see you freak out, pound the desk or scream. Go to the gym instead. Working out will help you release those pent-up emotions.

6- Recognize what ticks you off
Be alert to the types of situations that knock you off-center. If you don't like questions interrupting your presentation, plan how you'll handle any hecklers. Planning a positive way to react will help you defuse your anger before it throws you off. If you know you have a perfectionist, learn how to deal with it so it doesn't hurt your professional image.

Learn how to read your colleagues, and tell yourself to stay calm...


7- Understand your colleagues
Read your colleagues' signals. What initially seems to be a snide comment might be a feeble attempt at humor. By getting to know your coworkers' characters and personalities, you won't be blind-sided when they do or say something that irritates you.

8- Anticipate other people's reactions
When you're proposing a radical new work process or time schedule, you can be fairly certain your employees' first thoughts won't be about the cost savings and increased productivity. Focus on the personal benefits they will experience and you'll keep your own frustration in check. If your boss is constantly critical, anticipate his reactions to problems and proposals, and have persuasive arguments ready to get him on your side.

9- Prepare yourself to stay calm
Anticipate any objections or questions you might face when you're making a presentation, especially ones that might put you in a bad light. Create a backup plan if there's a technical glitch in case your PowerPoint presentation freezes on you. Before going into your Performance Review meeting, have some accomplishments ready to offset any negative feedback, so you don't respond in anger.

10- Wait before writing a strongly worded e-mail
Never disrespect others, even if you're right. It's easy to let contempt, fury or resentment cloud our judgment. Hold that strongly worded business e-mail or letter until the next day and reread it. Ask someone else to proofread any correspondence you think might be surly, condescending or rude.

11- Let go of your anger at the end of each day
Get into the habit of letting go of your anger as you leave work every day. Otherwise it could fester and make you more likely to blow your cool. Focus on doing something you enjoy once you leave the office, whether it's hanging out with friends or watching the game on TV, and leave the stress and emotion behind.

12- Apologize for any emotional outbursts
Despite your best intentions, if you end up erupting in a meeting, criticize a colleague's work or make ill-timed comments that you regret, how can you backpedal without losing face? Apologize immediately to the targeted person and to everyone around who may have heard. You don't need to offer a long-winded explanation of the pressures you were under, the background on the misunderstanding or the reasons you thought you were right. Saying "I reacted badly and I am sorry" will demonstrate your professionalism, integrity and leadership skills.

act like a man and move on

Strong leaders with strong characters will have strong feelings. That doesn't mean you should allow your emotions to control you, cloud your judgment and cause career missteps.

Recognizing the signs that you're getting angry will help you get over it quickly, without anyone noticing. Replacing your negative emotions with self-confidence and maintaining a healthy balance in your life will help you deal with difficult moments. No matter what, don't snap. It takes years to build up a reputation, and only seconds to destroy it.

Today starting with meeting about product from other partner, it was make a bit bored since last week full meeting day, so even today presentation was interesting but I have to leave because another meeting are waiting.

in fact during the meeting I am doing something as ussualy, replying some email, wow almost 11.00 am as I told you have to attend another meeting, out from the meeting room went out to big hall in the building, bit suprise that I saw many face same as me, anyway i tried to close with te group and say hello, gotcha they speak the same language, and I saw one of collagues from the same company as me, just realized that all the biggest telecommunication bigboss are come o visit Paris,

It's an opportunities to discuss with bapak Dirjen Kopmindo and Pak Garuda Sudargo, CEO of PT. Telkom.... and some of director of PT. Telkom ans staff, I am pretty sure if in our country it will not easily to meet this person, without protocoller and very warm as Indonesiene attitude.
we are discussing about 10 minutes, and I said I have to go for another meeting and also was invited with big boss for meeting too, for your infor that there is no benefit of me about this but I just feel happy that this opportunities come me. to meet this kind people that I couldn't be easily when I am in my country. Thanks God is giving this chance to live out of my country, to learn something about technology, knowlegde, culture, and relation.


oh ya they are come to France for inaguration of new sattelitte for our country will delivered very soon from France to space.........

ada apa dengan France

Ini sudah hari ke 12 kerusuhan di Sekitar Paris, tepatnya di suburb Paris. Hari Presiden Jacques Chirac, mengumkan jam malam di beberapa tempat di luar Paris dimana terjadi banyak kerusuhan. Kerusuhan terparah dan berawal dari ST Denis, ngga jauh dari Paris. Mudah mudahan sich ngga sampai masuk ke Paris, walaupun beberpa hari yang lalu udah ada rang yang bakar Mobil di daerah Republique.

aku sempet ngobrol-ngobrol sama temen2 disini koq kenapa sich bisa terjadi hal kayak gini, mereka bilang itu adalah orang stupid yang membakar sekolah adik adik mereka, bakar mobil tetangga mereka bahkan rumah atau apartment mereka sendiri mereka bakar.... woowww sebodoh itukah mereka,......

kalau di liat dari tempat dimana terjadi banyak kerusuhan kebanyakan memang di daerah dimana banyak orang Africa dan arab keturunan, tapi mereka semua warna negara perancis, bukan imigrant gelap yang selama ini aku sangka, tapi pemerintah perancis sendiri mengakui ini bukan di gerakan oleh moslem garis keras atau gimana, cuman kebetulan aja orang arab ini mengaku beragama moslem, tapi sebagain yang Franco-Afrique juga beragama non moslem ada, terus kalau bukan masalah agama terus masalah apa donk......???

ngobrol-2 ternyata disini diskriminasi masih tetap ada, kenapa masih ada, ada banyak temen bilang ( saya ngga punya bukti otentik) bahwa kebanyakan mereka yang ngga happy alias yang bakar-bakar ini job less, mereka butuh kerja, sudah lama memang banyak pengguran di sini dan lapangan pekerjaan cukup sedikit yang terbuka, lalu di mana diskriminasinya, gini ada teman yang kebetulan expat dari Netherland yang cerita kalau selama dia disini banyak terima surat lamaran, tapi selalu ngga ada Photo, empty address, bahkan nama, cuman di tulis Monsieur XXX atau Madame YYY, kenapa sich ada banyak orang yang kirim kayak gini, si belanda ini penasaran, setalah di cari tahu kebanyakan orang yang kirim lamaran ini tahu kalau di photonya sudah ada tampang hitam putih atau arab, udah pasti ngga bakal di panggil, terus kalau ngga ada photo dan namanya udah nama arab idem ditto, atau kalau tinggal di distrik dimana banyak komunitas afrique dan arab sama aja. makanya dari pada di tolak di awal banyak orang yang melakukan ini, dan ngga sedikit dari mereka yang punya diploma, yang mereka harapkan di telpon aja udah bagus.

terus teman yang bilang emang sich jumlah lowongan pekerjaan yang tersedia sangat sedikit sekali, jadi kebanyakan perusahaan lebih memetingkan yang berkulit putih lebih dahulu walaupun sama sama parler Francais, aku ngga tahu ini temenku bener atau ngga.

memang terlihat sudah beberapa tahun ini banyak perushaan perancis yang menyerap banyak tenaga kerja sudah merelokasi perushaan ke Romania, Chine, atau India, karena biaya produksi disini sangat mahal seiring dengan sangat kuatnya euro terhadap dollar, jadi product - productnya juga harganya ngga kompetitif lag terpaksa lah pindah ke negara lain yang lebih kompetitif, jadi boleh di bilang banyak orang perancis yang ngga happy dengan imigran karena mereka ambil pekerjaan mereka, mereka juga ngga happy dengan China, India , romania gara-2 investor banyak lari kesana dan mereka kehilangan pekerjaan.

temen disini yang kebetulan keturunan arab, pernah bikin joke kayak gini.

banyak orang perancis yang ngga happy karena banyak imigrant yang datang ke sini mengambil roti kami, kata sekumpulan orang perancis ke pada parlemen.

iya jadi roti kami sekarang berkurang karena kami harus berbagi dengan mereka para imgran kata yang lain.

akhirnya para pemimpin parlemen melakukan rapat, dan di setujui untuk mengirim para imigrant ini kembali ke negara asal-nya.

wal hasil sukseslah mereka mempulangkan para imigran ini, mereke happy karena pada akhirny ngga ada lagi yang akan mengambil roti mereka.

semua bersuka cita, bahwa pada akhirnya mereka akan mendapatkan kembali roti yang seharusnya memang untuk mereka.

di tengah kegembiran dan pesta pora, seseorang berkata, celaka...... kita kita bisa akan makan roti....... yang lain berkata lho kenapa kan sekarang tidak ada lagi imigran yang akan ambil roti kita... jangan kuatir roti akan mencukupi buat semua.....

orang tadi berkata, memang benar... kita pulangkan semua imigran, tapi sadarkah anda kita telah memulangkan pembuat roti kita, jadi kalau para imigran ini pergi siapa yang akan membuat roti untuk kita ............

Ya semoga pemerintah disini bisa bijaksana dalam mengambil langkah langkah yang terbaik buat semua, jangan sampai kejadian ini meluas ke mana-mana semoga tragedi mei 1998 di Jakarta ngga terulang disini, masak jauh-jauh ke negri orang koq ketemu dengan kerusuhan lagi sich, semoga semua cepat bisa selesai.......

Language is the key ...???

I would like to tell about the story for last trip in shanghai, bit lazzy two write it down about shanghai, for me not really much intersting because all the week is very busy with the work just hotel office, office hotel.


Finaly after strugle in China the mission done with great succesfull and have full support from collagues in France, even very tired I am happy. In the last day we have a good dinner with Chinesse team in one restaurant in down town of Pudong, Shanghai.
