an apartment

I am bit confuse to take a decision to choose an apartment, which one the best. One in Paris 16th ( in city of paris ) the other is in suburb. both are good and compareable.

paris 16th have 1 bed room and 1 living room with nice kitchen and bath-room
and the other one, studio and very simple, minimalist and functional... straigh forward, very quite

both are close to Metro..

any one can suggess, I should take decision today, please comment
